Description du poste / Missions :
Aujourd’hui, en ce milieu d’année 2020, le Bureau d’Études OPTI’TECH BE souhaite fortement développer son Pôle Structure. Et c’est dans cette logique que nous souhaitons accueillir un Ingénieur Structure Senior F/H.
Intégré au sein du Bureau d’Études, vous agissez dans le cadre de la réalisation des études techniques Structure tout en participant activement au développement du Pôle Structure.
Vous intervenez dans la conception, la définition et l’exécution des projets de construction d’ouvrages essentiellement dans le secteur de l’immobilier d’entreprise (tertiaire, industriel, …) et privé..
Vos principales missions :
Selon la typologie et la complexité des différents dossiers, vous assurez la conception, modélisation, calcul et dimensionnement de structures en béton armé des ouvrages et bâtiments :
– Phases Avant-Projet, DCE et Exécution
– Réalisation de plans de coffrage et ferraillage
– Rédaction des notes techniques en respectant le planning général des études
– Suivi de l’exécution des plans et des documents.
En outre, vous participez également activement à la vie d’équipe du Pôle Structure et à son développement.
Compétences spécifiques :
Bénéficier d’une expérience de 7 à 10 ans dans une fonction d’Ingénieur Structure au sein d’un bureau d’études Structure béton armé. La maîtrise des Eurocodes est indispensable
Maîtriser les outils bureautiques et les outils spécifiques aux études techniques : AutoCAD, REVIT, ROBOT, …
Savoir communiquer et argumenter
Avoir un intérêt pour le travail d’équipe et la coordination avec les autres lots
Être autonome, rigoureux et disponible.
Compétences requises :
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation bac +5 école d’ingénieur ou équivalent avec une expérience de 7 à 10 ans dans une fonction d’Ingénieur Structure au sein d’un bureau d’études structures béton armé.
Idéalement, vous avez également forgé une partie de votre expérience en entreprise : constructeur, entreprise de gros-œuvre, génie civil
Vous faites preuve d’une grande rigueur scientifique et savez développer une vision globale d’un projet. Par ailleurs, votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse vous permet de gérer les priorités et les urgences sur les différents dossiers. Ainsi, vous êtes capables de vous remettre en question à chaque projet et de toujours prendre en considération les attentes du client.
Vous faites également preuve d’un sens du relationnel développé vous rendant capable de dialoguer avec tous les acteurs impliqués sur un chantier, du donneur d’ordre à l’entreprise en charge des travaux.
Enfin, vous êtes curieux et à l’affût des évolutions, ce qui vous rend capable de proposer de nouvelles solutions techniques.
